Buying a vehicle online works when the process is clear. Here is exactly what happens between your order and the truck arriving at your address.
1. Order and deposit
You place the order on the site. The deposit reserves that specific VIN and takes it off the market immediately. Deposits are refundable within 48 hours unless transport has already been booked.
2. Pre-delivery inspection
Before anything moves, the truck goes through a documented inspection: engine and drivetrain, brakes, steering, suspension, tires, lights, charging system, and fluids. Anything outside spec is repaired or disclosed to you in writing.
3. Transport booking
We book an enclosed or open carrier out of our Merritt Island, FL lot. Delivery is a flat $510 anywhere in the continental United States – no mileage surcharge, no fuel adjustment, no fee at drop-off.
4. Timeline
Most deliveries land within 7 to 14 days of the balance being paid, depending on distance and carrier scheduling. You get the carrier contact and a delivery window once the truck is dispatched.
5. Delivery day
Walk the truck before you sign the bill of lading. Check the body panels against the listing photos, confirm the VIN matches your paperwork, start the engine, and test the 4WD engagement. Note anything unexpected on the bill of lading before the driver leaves – that document is what protects you if transit damage occurred.
6. Paperwork and titling
Your import packet, bill of sale, and title documents ship with the vehicle. Take them to your DMV to title and register according to your state’s rules.
